The Ofrenda Fest for the Climate at Culture Lab is an upcoming event that aims to raise awareness about climate change and our planet. On September 17th, we invite you to join us for a day filled with music, song, dance, a holistic art market, and prayer to celebrate and honor the planet!

4pm Opening Climate Conscious ceremony
Led by Chief Tashka Yawanawa and Laura Yawanawa from the Brazilian Amazon. They will offer a blessing and share how we can reestablish our connection to living in harmony with our planet.
5pm Ancestral Music Featuring Djuena Tikuna from the Tikuna peoples in the Amazon and DJ Eric Terena from the Terena peoples in Brazil. Through music, they amplify the power of Indigenous ancestry and echo the struggle of the original peoples and their roots.
6pm Indigenous Fashion show
Join our first ever with Mauricio Duarte (KAIXANA) Brazil, Leo Cerda/Hakhu Amazon Design (KICHWA) Ecuador, 4KINSHIP (DINE).This event is a celebration of different traditions, unique styles, patterns, and designs that reflect the customs of these communities. It provides a platform for Indigenous designers to showcase their work and for the public to learn about the history and significance of Indigenous wear.
1-9pm Holistic and Art Salon market
is home to a variety of talented vendors, indigenous artisans, and local artists. Their unique handcrafted products are a testament to their creativity and dedication to their craft.
2-4pm DJ Joey Greiner will be playing his Electronic World Music set. Joey has been moving dancefloors for over 15 years in his native NYC, across the US & Europe. He weaves deep and funky grooves with Afro and Latin rhythms to lead you on a journey into your most primal instincts to move your body.
